Printed or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Requests for return or exchange will be reviewed within 3 business days and must be submitted no later than 14 days from the date of receipt, and only in cases of manufacturing defects.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, a courier will be scheduled to collect the item within 3–5 business days.
